Admin Officer

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

·         Responsible & coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency

·         Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance

·         Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

·         Control all admin document

·         Administration letter In & Out-documents   

·         Purchase products when needed

·         Other tasks assign by Department Manager

 

Requirements

 

·         Bachelor Degree in related field

·         Have knowledge & experience in Admin.

·         Have strong commitment 

·         Need candidate who is patient, hardworking and fast learner

·         Proficiency in spoken and written English / Chinese with good interpersonal skill (Both English and Chinese is preferable)

Document Controller

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Control all aspects of project documentation on multiple simultaneous projects, utilizing various control methods/systems.

·         Prepare, operate and update Document Control Procedures in line with the Company’s   Document Management System.

·         Ensure proper document control support is given to each project.

·         Ensure all documentation provided is as per Client quality formatting requirements. Formatting may include correcting templates, fonts and style, pagination and numbering and other activities that may be required to achieve a client’s documentation requirements.

·         Create Document Control and correspondence folders for individual projects.

·         Ensure all templates used with the department conform to the Company standard.

Requirements

  • Practical / hands-on experience in document management roles
  • Basic understanding of Engineering / Procurement / Construction / Commissioning documents.
  • Self-directed and highly-motivated.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy.
  • Excellent MS Suite software knowledge.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiar with e-Document management systems.

·         Experiences as driver.

·         Must have driver license

·         Have experience in related field at least 3 years

·         Good personality

·         Can speak English for communication
